PURCHASING

To purchase an item, send an email to

Please state:
1. The item code(s) , size(s) and quantity
2. Your name
3. The address where you want the item(s) to be sent.

I will reply with the order cost and mode of payment within three (3) business days.
Once I have confirmed receipt of payment, I will mail your order within three (3) business days.
(Please note that in Saudi, the weekend is Thursday and Friday. I may be able to entertain your request, but cannot guarantee mailing on weekends).

Your order will arrive within 2-3 weeks.

Goods sold are as is (I make sure there are no defects before I ship), and cannot be returned or exchanged.

PRICING AND PAYMENTS

Please note that abaya prices differ based on
- material (light, heavy, shiny, matt)
- make (cutting, workmanship, embellishments like embroidery, crystals, etc)
- exclusivity (some designs are limited or one-off)

Unless specifically mentioned, prices do not include matching scarf/shawl.


POSTAGE

Prices do not include postage by Saudi Post Registered Mail, to anywhere in the world.
We will quote exact postage cost when you order, but as a guideline, postage rates are
SR35 per abaya (up to 750grams),
SR25 per thick shawl (250-500grams),
SR15 per scarf or other similar light items (up to 250grams).

Buying more than one item would save you on postage.
We will quote exact postage cost when you order.

Save up to 40% on postage by choosing to pick up your order at the ALIMKids Bookstore.

Prices are all in Ringgit Malaysia. (RM1=SR1)


PAYMENTS


Payments can be made through:
Fund transfers into RHB Bank Malaysia.
or
Secure credit card or online payments via PayPal.

Payment information will be sent to you once we receive your order.

SIZE GUIDELINE

Most abaya cutting is straight, so all you really need to know is how wide the abaya is (at the chest).
If the abaya cutting is shaped, we will provide the waist and hip measurements.
Abaya length could always be shortened by re-hemming the bottom (this service is not provided at the moment), but it can never be lengthened, so its length will also be provided.
Please note that some abaya's are sold unhemmed.

Make sure you order the right size, because goods sold cannot be returned or exchanged.

Please enquire for other sizes.

Tip: Button front abayas can be sent to a tailor to be sewn and turned into a pullover abaya, but a pullover abaya cannot be tailored into a button front abaya :)
